De gemeenschappelijke onderkenning van de noodzaak en ook de wil er was hieraan iets te doen is groot, ondanks spanningen die ook bestonden tussen verschillende spelers, terwijl de schouders er uiteindelijk gezamenlijk zijn ondergezet. Als rode draad benadrukt ze hoe samenwerking de sleutel is geweest van het succes van het totstandkomen van de nieuwe ontwikkelingen zoals het besluitvormingsmodel, inclusief de input van buitenlandse restauratoren, zoals die van Tate, om mee te denken en samen op te treden in
