Quantitative survey data were collected from flood-affected and non-flooded individuals, including older adults aged 65 years and above. Qualitative data include semi-structured interviews and group discussions with older residents, interview with healthcare professionals and social work volunteers. Participants were selected through purposeful and snowball sampling methods to capture diverse experiences and perspectives related to disaster impacts and recovery.</p><p>\n\nIn compliance with ethical approval procedures, informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. To protect privacy and confidentiality, all archived data were anonymized, and personally identifiable information was removed from the
