sample consists of 673 university students from Serbia, with a higher proportion of females (58.7%) compared to males (41.3%). Most participants are between 18 and 20 years old (88.3%), with smaller shares aged 21–23 (10.5%) and 24–27 (1.2%). Regarding BMI categories, the majority fall within the normal range (74.7%), while 17.8% are classified as overweight or obese and 7.4% as underweight. In terms of academic performance, 46.1% of students have a GPA between 6.50 and 8.50, followed by 36.4% with a GPA of 8.50–10.00, and 17.5% with a GPA of 5.00–6.50.\n\nHousehold income is most commonly reported in the ranges of €1,000–2,500 (36.0%) and €2,500–5,000 (34.0%), with smaller proportions in the €700–1,000 (13.5%) and €500–700 (9.8%) categories, and only 6.7% reporting incomes above €5,000. Students are generally active in extracurricular activities, with 23.8% engaged daily and 50.5% several times a week, while fewer participate once a week (12.3%) or rarely/never (13.3%). Participants received information about the questionnaire and completed it during class sessions, under the supervision of a faculty staff member who did not hold any evaluative or grading authority over them. This approach helped ensure high response rates and allowed any uncertainties to be addressed immediately, thereby strengthening the reliability of the data. Before completing the survey, students were verbally briefed on the purpose of the research. They were also provided with an introductory statement at the start of the questionnaire outlining the study objectives, the voluntary nature of participation, and the anonymity of their responses. Completion of the questionnaire indicated that they had given informed consent. Because the survey was fully anonymous, written consent was not collected in order to maintain confidentiality.
