This dataset is a part of Milena Bowman's PhD Thesis Project (start Nov 2021) with Leiden Law School of Leiden University. \n\nThe coding from the dataset is made public to act as a supplementary data for publications and for the PhD Thesis of Milena Bowman. The transcribed and pseudonymized interviews are available on request to the corresponding author (m.d.bowman@law.leidenuniv.nl) for other researchers to use this data in their own work\n\nThe interviews were collected to gather information on how people working in Air Traffic Management on team diversity, its influence on safety climate and decision-making in ill-defined For 15 of the interviews the professional services of Amberscript were used.
