Information on occupations and the income of the testators based on the source ‘Personele Quotisatie 1742’ is also given. Data from the sources of Elias (concerning the Amsterdam patriciate) and the intended marriage registers (‘ondertrouwacten’) and burgher registers (‘poorterboeken’) are
