Haar grootvader was ook boer en mede-oprichter van de Boerenleenbank in Nieuwendam aan de Nieuwendammerdijk. Later nam een zoon, een oom van Annie, zijn rol in het bestuur over. Na verschillende baantjes gehad te hebben ging Annie in 1962 bij de bank werken als cassière.<br>Mevrouw Swart vertelt over opgroeien in Schellingwoude, over de Tweede Wereldoorlog en over het werken bij de Boerenleenbank in een tijd dat de klanten nog persoonlijk contact hadden met de medewerkers.
