De geïnterviewde vertelt over haar werk, waar ze de gehele periode contact mee had. Tijdens de bersiap tijd beleefde zij beangstigende momenten. Toen de kampen open gingen ging de geïnterviewde voor het Rode Kruis de kampen af. Men koos ervoor om geen onderzoeksproject op te zetten, maar om zich te concentreren op het verzamelen van de verhalen van mensen vanuit archiveringsoogpunt als basis voor toekomstig onderzoek.
