De geïnterviewde wilde graag langer blijven maar moest terugkeren naar Nederland. Hier kwam hij weer terug bij het demonstratieteam. De geïnterviewde vertelt over zijn militaire loopbaan. Hij bekleedde diverse functies. Uiteindelijk kon hij op voor SMA. De geïnterviewde werd voor een derde keer uitgezonden naar Suriname. Hij werd ingedeeld bij de infanteriecompagnie en regelde administratieve zaken. De uitzending werd plotseling afgerond en de geïnterviewde zakte daardoor in. De geïnterviewden hebben bijgedragen aan een schat aan informatie voor onder andere beleidsmakers, onderzoekers, media en het geïnteresseerde publiek.</p><p>Onderstaand treft u de links naar de metadata van alle interviews. De  interviews zijn om privacyredenen alleen na toestemming van het Veternanen Instituut toegankelijk.
