Ze kreeg een militaire opleiding op Curaçao en ging in augustus 1944 per boot naar New York. Van daar werd ze een maand later met 16 duizend militairen verscheept naar Wolverhampton, waar de dames op de thee genodigd werden bij koningin Wilhelmina. De geïnterviewden hebben bijgedragen aan een schat aan informatie voor onder andere beleidsmakers, onderzoekers, media en het geïnteresseerde publiek.</p><p>Onderstaand treft u de links naar de metadata van alle interviews. De  interviews zijn om privacyredenen alleen na toestemming van het Veternanen Instituut toegankelijk.
