Hij kwam hier in 1945 aan. De geïnterviewde vertelt uitgebreid over zijn werk en de staat van de verbindingen. De geïnterviewde was voor de onafhankelijkheid. Hij beschrijft hoe zijn werkdag er uit ziet en vertelt wat hij meemaakte van de politieke ontwikkelingen. Hij vertelt over de veranderingen na het uitroepen van de republiek. Men koos ervoor om geen onderzoeksproject op te zetten, maar om zich te concentreren op het verzamelen van de verhalen van mensen vanuit archiveringsoogpunt als basis voor toekomstig onderzoek.
