De geïnterviewde vertelt eerst over zijn militaire loopbaan. Hij kwam bij de Koninklijke Luchtmacht en hij werkte veel in het buitenland. De geïnterviewde vertelt over zijn werkzaamheden tijdnes de Golfoorlog. De geïnterviewde gaat in op de onduidelijke situatie en de politieke discussie aan het begin van de oorlog. Tijdens de Kosovo-oorlog vloog de geïnterviewde vanaf een Italiaanse vliegbasis. De regels waren heel strikt. De geïnterviewde vond het een rare situatie om overdag boven een oorlogsgebied te vliegen en ’s avonds te ontspannen in het hotel. De geïnterviewde gaat in op een voorval waarbij een AWACS bijna neerstortte. Dit was een van de momenten waar voor de geïnterviewde de spanning heel hoog opliep. De geïnterviewden hebben bijgedragen aan een schat aan informatie voor onder andere beleidsmakers, onderzoekers, media en het geïnteresseerde publiek.</p><p>Onderstaand treft u de links naar de metadata van alle interviews.
