De oudst bekende druk is van 1600, en gedurende de 17de eeuw zijn er meerdere heruitgaven verschenen: 1609, 1650, 1656, 1661, 1664 en 1694. Tussen al deze drukken zijn uitsluitend kleine verschillen in spelling en af en toe woordkeus, maar de drukken van 1650 en daarna bevatten een appendix, waarin nog veel dieper wordt ingegaan op wijn, verf, inkt, schilderen en schrijven: \"Aenhanghsel.
