Ze was thuis met haar vader en moeder en 2 oudere broers. Haar moeder en zijzelf waren in de gang en hebben gewacht tot het lawaai en het vallen van puin enigszins over was. Haar broertjes en vader waren in een ander deel van het huis. Haar vader is naar beneden gestort met keuken en al en is diezelfde dag overleden. De broer van 14 is er ongedeerd uitgekomen, de broer van 7 kwam onder een bed en muur terecht en is 3 weken later overleden. De begrafenissen herinnert zij zich nog.
